Change the world in a month!

As part of their 10,000 Tree Challenge, we’re delighted to be celebrating Runners Need’s 40th anniversary by offering you the chance to plant 40 trees by doing 40k in July for just £3 entry fee!

Sign up anytime between now and the 31st July. Do 40k as a series of runs (or all at once, if you’ve got your sights set on a marathon!) and upload your evidence at the end of July; we’ll plant the trees, and you can see the impact you’ve made on the planet.

Entries must be submitted by 1200 GMT on 10th August 2022 to be counted within the challenge. If you’ve ordered one, your seeded medal will be sent within five working days of the closing date by 2nd class post.
