I do 5k because I’m lucky I can. Run, walk, roll or cycle 5k between 7th Feb and Mar 31st and we’ll plant 5 trees for you plus donate £5 to The British Red Cross appeal to help after the devastating earthquakes affecting Turkey and Syria. Your trees will grow to help offset carbon, protect natural habitats, and the donation will help provide vital support in the disaster areas.

Entries will need to be submitted by 9th April 2023 to be counted within the race. Your seeded medal, if you’ve ordered one, will be sent within 5 working days of the closing date by 2nd class post.
