10. PROTO INDO EUROPEAN DHÉGHOM 10K
Dhéǵhōm is the Mother Earth worshipped in an area of Eurasia in the Neolithic ages. She is generally portrayed as the vast and dark abode of mortals, the one who bears all things and creatures. Dʰéǵʰōm is commonly associated in Indo-European traditions with fertility, growth, and death, and is conceived as the origin and final dwelling of human beings.
Run, walk or roll the Dhéǵhōm 10k to plant 8 trees and help honour Mother Earth.
Entries will need to be submitted by 9th January 2024 to be counted within the race. Your seeded medal, if you’ve ordered one, will be sent within 5 working days of the closing date by 2nd class post.
