Celebrate light and life (and a bit of Christmas cheer!) with our December Challenge medal. This month’s tree is the Norway Spruce. Ancient Pagans brought entire Spruce trees into their homes to celebrate light and life during the winter months a tradition adopted as the first Christmas Trees. It’s labelled as the ‘Tree of Birth’ as its evergreen needles represented eternal life, resilience and strength.

Run, walk or wheelchair race between 1st December and 31st December 2020 and we’ll plant 3 trees for you. You’ll be fighting deforestation with every step you take!

Entries will need to be submitted by 1200 GMT on 5th January 2021 to be counted within the race. We’re sorry, but submissions after the closing date will not appear in the race results. Your seeded medal, if you’ve ordered one, will be sent within 5 working days of the closing date by 2nd class post.
