Raise awareness of climate change by honouring Show Your Stripes day and doing 5k. Each stripe represents a year-on-year average temperature of the planet as our world heats up. Doing 5k for Show Your Stripes will plant 10 trees in a bid to do something to help fight the heat.

You can run, walk or roll the distance. Just share your stripes to raise awareness.
Entries will need to be submitted by 1200 GMT on 10th August 2023 to be counted within the challenge. Your seeded medal, if you’ve ordered one, will be sent within 7 working days of receiving your evidence 2nd class post.
