Celebrate the Spring Equinox and spread signs of hope – run our Spring Into Action 5k and plant up to 13 trees!

SPRING INTO ACTION

• Run, walk, cycle or roll 5k.
• Plant 10 trees in hope.
• Donate £5 to the Red Cross Ukraine Crisis Appeal.
• Plus, take 3 photos of signs of hope on your run, and share them on our Facebook Community page and we’ll plant an extra 3 trees for you!

Now is the time to spread as much hope and kindness as possible.

*The photos should show things that celebrate Spring and/or signs of hope and they must be your photos to share.

Entries will need to be submitted by 1200 GMT on 7th May 2022 to be counted within the race. Your seeded medal, if you’ve ordered one, will be sent within 5 working days of the closing date by 2nd class post.

If you don’t complete the race we can’t award you a medal but we will donate the fee to buy more trees. They do not count to your trees earned but they are still going towards our mission of growing forests! Price includes £1 p&p (Sorry – medals are only available in the UK).
