Bag yourself 10 trees and help the planet too! Take on our Earth Day Plogging Challenge to do 5k and pick up one bag of rubbish on your way, and not only will you make the world a cleaner place, you’ll plant 10 trees and change it for good too!

Run, walk or roll a 5k before 30th April 2023, plogging as you go. Upload a photo of your rubbish with your evidence and we’ll plant 10 trees for you. And you’ll have changed the world for good.

Entries will need to be submitted by 1200 GMT on 10th May 2023 to be counted within the challenge. Your seeded medal, if you’ve ordered one, will be sent within 7 working days of receiving your evidence 2nd class post.
